gag reflexes

1) make a fist with your left hand, with your left thumb inside,
2)
squeeze your thumb as hard as you can,
3) put your right index finger
down your throat.
your gag reflex is gone.

I can do it without squeezing my hand...that's so weird.

it takes more than just sticking your finger down your throat to stimulate your gag reflex unless you do it repeatedly.
